Some things are meant to be shared — a giant teddy bear, for example, designed for the biggest hugs imaginable. Other things are meant to be held close and kept private. Your personal information falls squarely in the second category. Here is everything about how we handle it.

WHAT WE COLLECT: THE BEAR NECESSITIES
To ship a giant plush bear to you or someone you love, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The shipping address
- Your phone number (optional)
Four things. That is it. We do not need to know who the bear is for, what occasion it celebrates, or whether it is going to a nursery, a college dorm, or a living room corner. We ship bears, not stories — unless you choose to share one.
We do not collect, and actively avoid collecting:
- The recipient’s name or relationship to you
- Your age, gender, or any demographic details
- Your browsing activity on other websites
- Your credit card details (those stay between you and the processor)

HOW WE USE IT
Each piece of data has exactly one job, and it does not moonlight:
- Name + shipping address → the label on the box
- Email → your order confirmation, tracking number, and delivery notice
- Phone → shared only with the carrier for delivery coordination, and only if you gave it
- Anonymous site analytics → pages visited, traffic sources, no identities attached
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. We do not use it to market to you unless you specifically opt in. Your trust is worth more than a mailing list.

YOUR PAYMENT: NEVER IN OUR PAWS
Your credit card or PayPal transaction goes directly to the payment processor through an encrypted connection. We never see your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. We receive a simple message: this order has been paid. That message does not include your financial details.
If the processor is the cash register, we are the person in the back carefully packing your bear. We never touch the money directly.

YOUR CONTROL
→ Request a copy of the data we have on you. Email [email protected]. We respond within 5 business days with a complete export.
→ Delete your data. No open orders or returns? We remove everything within 10 business days and confirm by email.
→ Fix a mistake. Wrong address on your order? Email us right away. Fixed before shipment in most cases.
No account required. No forms. No “verify your identity” portal. Just email us.
