As with any online purchase, the color you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual bear’s fur tone. Screen calibration and lighting affect how beige appears. The bear will look real, soft, and warm — but the exact shade of beige may lean slightly warmer or cooler than your monitor shows.

  1. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: KEEP YOUR BEAR HAPPY

A giant plush bear needs a little care to stay fresh for years:

  • Surface wash only — use a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning. Do not submerge the bear in water. Do not machine wash. Do not dry clean.
  • Air dry only — after spot cleaning, let the bear air dry completely before placing it back on a bed or couch. Do not use a hair dryer. Do not put it in the dryer.
  • Keep away from open flames — the bear is plush fabric with stuffing. It is not flame-retardant. Keep it away from candles, fireplaces, space heaters, and stoves.
  • Vacuum gently — use a handheld vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust from the fur. Once a month is fine.
  • Fluff periodically — if the bear has been sitting in one position for a long time, give it a gentle shake and squeeze to redistribute the stuffing.
  • Supervise small children — the bear is rated 3+, but small children should be monitored if there is any concern about loose fibers or the size overwhelming them.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order = offering to purchase. We accept by sending you a confirmation email.

All prices in US dollars. Payment: credit cards and PayPal. Payment collected at order placement.

Sales tax added per your state and locality requirements. Displayed at checkout before you finalize.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason — out of stock, payment processor error, address issue — we cancel and issue a full refund immediately.

Free shipping to any address in the United States or Canada. Estimated transit: 5–10 business days continental US, 10–15 business days remote destinations and Canada.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery. For delivery problems, consult our Shipping Policy.

  1. RETURNS

Our Return Policy has the full details. Summary: 30 days to decide, bear must be clean and undamaged, free return shipping (even for this giant item), full refund. Defective bears replaced immediately.

  1. LIABILITY

PlushStore is not liable for:

  • Damage to the bear from improper cleaning (machine washing, submerging, dry cleaning, dryer use)
  • Fire damage to or from a bear placed near an open flame, heater, or radiator
  • Injury from a child climbing on, jumping on, or being crushed under a giant bear used improperly — it is a stuffed animal, not a piece of furniture
  • Allergic reactions to plush fabric — if the recipient has known sensitivities to synthetic fabrics, check the product page for material composition before ordering
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the bear. We would also be genuinely sorry, because a bear that causes trouble is the opposite of what we are trying to do here.

“PlushStore,” our logo, all product photographs, and website text are our property. Do not use them without permission.

  1. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these terms. The version current at the time of your order governs that purchase.
