No PO boxes — a giant bear does not fit in a PO box. No APO/FPO addresses. No international destinations beyond the US and Canada.

SHIPPING COST: FREE BEAR TRANSPORT
Free shipping on every order. The $79.99 is the total. No oversized-box surcharge. No “heavy item” fee. No handling charge.
Giant bears are not cheap to ship — the box is large and the plush is not lightweight. We cover this cost because we believe when someone orders a bear, the bear should arrive without additional hurdles. The price you see is the price you pay.

PROCESSING
- Orders before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday: same-day processing
- After 2:00 PM or weekends/holidays: next business day
- Average: 1–2 business days
Processing includes: order verification, bear inspection (seams, fur, face), careful folding into the shipping box, and carrier handoff. Giant bears need to be packed correctly — folded without creasing the stuffing, face protected so eyes do not get scratched in transit.

TRANSIT
The bear is traveling in a large box. Allow:
- Continental US: 4-5business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 5-7 business days
Tracking number emailed when the label prints. Delivery estimates may shift slightly due to weather, holidays, or seasonal carrier volume — especially around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and December holidays when gift shipping peaks.

DAMAGED BOX OR BEAR
A giant bear in a giant box can take a beating from a conveyor belt.
- Photograph the box exterior if it shows damage before opening.
- Inspect the bear: check seams, face details, fur condition.
- If anything is torn, missing, or damaged: photograph it.
- Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours.
We ship a replacement immediately. No return of the damaged bear. Donate it, gift it to a shelter, keep it. We file the carrier claim.

MISSING PACKAGE
Tracking says “Delivered” but no giant box at your door? Check with neighbors, building front desk, the side door, behind the garage. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan before actual delivery. If still missing, email us. Carrier investigation launched. Bear not found? Replacement shipped free.

WRONG ADDRESS
Email [email protected] immediately with the correct address. Pre-shipment: corrected instantly. Post-shipment: we attempt redirection with the carrier.
