If the Bear Does Not Feel Like Home
A giant teddy bear is not really a “product” in the way a toaster or a pair of shoes is a product. It is emotional. It is a gift — for a child who needs something to hug, for a partner on an anniversary, for yourself on a hard day. A bear that does not feel right in the room is not a minor inconvenience. It is a failed comfort object, and that matters more than a failed appliance ever could.
If the bear does not work in your space — too big, not soft enough, the color feels off against the nursery walls, the recipient did not connect with it — return it. We take bears back for any reason, no guilt and no interrogation.

30 DAYS TO MAKE FRIENDS
Thirty calendar days from delivery. By Day 30, the bear has had time to settle into its new home. If it has not, send it back. Reasons that are fine with us:
- The bear is larger than you expected and overwhelms the room
- The bear is smaller than you expected (some people picture eight feet tall)
- The fur texture is softer, or less soft, than you imagined from the photos
- The beige color is warmer or cooler in person than on your screen
- The child you bought it for is scared of it instead of comforted
- Your partner already has a giant teddy bear and now you have two
- It was an impulse purchase and you feel silly about it now (we have all been there)
- No reason at all. Return it.
All accepted.

CONDITION
The bear must come back clean and intact. Please:
- Free of stains — food, drink, makeup, dirt, or anything that was not on the bear when it arrived
- Free of odors — smoke, pet smell, perfume, or anything that would tell the next person this bear already had an owner
- No tears, rips, or missing stuffing — the reinforced seams should still be intact
- No modifications — no added bows, no sewn-on patches, no marker drawings on the fur
Original packaging preferred — it was designed to fit a giant bear and protect it during shipping. If you discarded it (we understand, bear packaging is enormous), use a large clean box with the bear folded gently inside. Please do not vacuum-seal a plush bear — it ruins the stuffing distribution.

DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
Quality issues with a giant plush bear:
- A seam has split open and stuffing is visible or escaping
- An eye, nose, or facial feature is missing or loose
- The fur has a manufacturing defect — uneven pile, bald spots, or discoloration
- The bear arrived with an odor that suggests mold or chemical contamination from storage
- The stuffing is clumped or unevenly distributed, creating lumpy areas
Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately. Do not return the defective bear — donate it to a children’s hospital, an animal shelter, or keep it as a spare. We do not want a defective bear back.

- Email [email protected]. Subject: “Return Request.” Include your order number.
- Prepaid return label arrives in your inbox within 24 hours.
- Pack the bear. Attach the label. Drop at the carrier.
- Refund processed within 5 business days of the carrier scanning the return.
Return shipping: free — even for a giant bear, which is not cheap to ship. No restocking fee.
